Tripar® was founded in Montreal in 1949 by two brothers, Ben & David Sevack and a third partner, hence the "Tri" company name. It was first located in a small rental in the east end of Montreal.
Rapid growth of the metal stamping business led Tripar to purchase 3 acres of land in the east end of Montreal, where a 10,000 square foot building was erected in 1960. Increased volume of the business led to four further expansions to the 65,000 square foot facility Tripar® occupies today.
2001 saw David Sevack retiring, paving the way for Lloyd Sevack, son of co-founder Ben Sevack to assume the position of Plant Manager. Lloyd is a Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of applied experience in product research & development, design, manufacturing & marketing. |
